Cancellation Policy

At Crockers Tring, we value our customers and strive to provide an exceptional dining experience. To ensure that we can accommodate all our valued guests and maintain the highest level of service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

The Chefs Table:

  1. Reservation Confirmation:

    • All reservations made at The Chef’s Table require a deposit to secure the booking. The deposit amount is redeemed against your final bill.

  2. Deposit Amount:

    • The deposit amount required for each reservation will be communicated at the time of booking but is normally half the cost of the tasting menu that you are booking.

  3. Cancellation Window:

    • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund of their deposit.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

  4. Modification or Rescheduling:

    • We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or reschedule your reservation, please contact us at least 7 days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request without any additional charge. However, any change made within 7 days of the reservation date may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  5. No-Show Policy:

    • If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

  6. Contact Information:

    • To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact Crockers Tring at least 7 days before your scheduled reservation date. You can reach us at 01442 828971 or tring@crockersuk.com. Alternatively, you can cancel via the link in your booking confirmation email

The Downstairs:

  1. Reservation Confirmation:

    • All reservations made at The Downstairs require a deposit to secure the booking. The deposit amount is redeemed against your final bill.

  2. Deposit Amount:

    • The deposit amount required for each reservation will be communicated at the time of booking but is normally £10 per person.

  3. Cancellation Window:

    • Cancellations made more than 2 days prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund of their deposit.

    • Cancellations made within 2 days of the reservation date will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

  4. Modification or Rescheduling:

    • We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or reschedule your reservation, please contact us at least 2 days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request without any additional charge.
